Downtown Building Improvements

I am happy to see some improvements to buildings in the downtown area.

First the painting on the upper level of the building on the southeast corner of US 6 and SR 19. The work began last fall and is continuing again in recent weeks. It is indeed a beautification effort.

And moving east down Market Street (US 6), a new roof is going on the "old green house" that was once used as the Coppes Office in the 400 block of east Market Street. It looks like a major renovation is under way to a property that I once thought should simply be torn down. Here's hoping for a positive renovation.
