Fire at Fairgrounds

We enjoyed our visit to the Mennonite Relief Sale today at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. Good food and auctions.

Sorry to learn of a 1:30 am fire that destroyed a couple of the fairground buildings overnight. According to a nearby neighbor who spotted the early morning fire and was present, an LP gas tank fell over and was ignited by a water heater resulting in the fire. Power was still not restored to all parts of the fairgrounds at Noon.
